Đậu hũ sốt cà chua là một món ăn vô cùng đơn giản và quen thuộc với hội chị em phụ nữ vào các dịp ăn chay, để thêm phần mới lạ nay mình thêm nấm rơm tạo cho món đậu hũ sốt nấm cà chua thêm tròn vị hơn.
Đậu hũ bạn rửa sơ, hấp trong vòng 15 phút. Hành tím rửa sạch cắt nhỏ. Cà chua rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Cho hành tím vào chảo dầu nóng sau đó cho cà chua xào cho ra nước , thêm 1/2 chén nước vào, cho 1 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay xào cho đến khi sốt cà sánh lại thì tắt bếp.
Nấm cắt bỏ phần đầu, rửa sạch bằng nước muối trong 5 phút, sau đó cắt làm hai. Hành lá rửa sạch, cắt bỏ đầu chỉ lấy phần cọng, cắt khúc dài tầm 5cm. Cho dầu vào chảo đun nóng, thả nấm cùng hành lá vào xào nhanh với lửa lớn. Sau đó cho sốt cà chua vào xào nhanh, nêm 2 muỗng cà phê đường, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng cà phê muối. Thấy nấm chín rồi thì tắt bếp.
Đậu hũ lấy ra để trên dĩa, cắt thành miếng vuông rồi đổ sốt cà chua nấm lên trên là có thể dùng ngay. Đậu hũ sốt nấm cà chua ăn kèm với cơm sẽ rất là ngon nha. Thử ngay công thức món chay này chị em nhé.
