Rong biển cho vào chén nước ngâm từ 5 - 10 phút cho nở mềm, vớt rong biển ra rửa sạch lại, để ráo nước và xắt nhỏ nếu rong biển to. Sau đó cho rong biển vào tô cùng 1.5 muỗng giấm, 1 muỗng đường, 1/2 muỗng nước tương, muối, tỏi băm và trộn đều. Dưa leo rửa sach, xắt sợi.
Cho dưa leo vào tô rong biển, chế 720ml nước lọc vào cùng với ớt xắt lát, mè rang và khuấy đều lên là có thể ăn được rồi đó.
