Trải bánh tráng ra đĩa, thêm nhân vào 1/3 diện tích bánh tráng, gấp mép bánh lại rồi cuộn kín.
Đun nóng 200ml dầu ăn rồi cho các cuộn chả vào chiên chín vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
Bày trí ra đĩa và thưởng thức với các thức chấm tùy thích.
